What Causes Oozing Ear, Coughs, Runny Nose And Eyes In Infants?

Hello, 20 month old toddler, oozing ear, no fever, but coughing, runny nose and eyes present. Playing and eating well. Had same symptoms aprox 3-4 wks ago, took Biaxin for 10 days. Does he need antibiotics again? ok to watch and see? today's oozing less than yesterday, nose and eyes still very runny.

Hi,
Now as antibiotic medicine course is done, wait for 1-2 weeks to get complete cure of ear infection.
Clean the ears and put antibiotic ear drops, 3 times a day for few days.
Ok and take care.
