What Does Few "small Follicles Are Seen In Either Ovary" In Scanning?

Hi Doctor!!
This is the results of my ultrasound. Is this good and can I have children?

Transabdominal pelvic ultrasound is performed in the evaluation of irregular
menses. The uterus appears normal in size measuring 7.2 x 2.8 x 3.2 cm. The
right ovary measures 35 x 12 mm, the left ovary 31 x 18 mm, and the
endometrial canal 4.7 mm.
Impression: Unremarkable transabdominal ultrasound. No free fluid or adnexal
masses.

Transvaginal ultrasound is performed, and there are small follicles in the
ovaries bilaterally. The uterus is homogeneous with endometrium measuring 0.77
cm. There are no free fluid collections or adnexal masses.

Impression: Normal transvaginal ultrasound, a few small follicles are seen
in either ovary. No free fluid or adnexal masses.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasounds are within normal limits.
The presence of small follicles in ovaries is normal finding.
Ovaries produce follicles in ovarian cycle.
One of these follicles matures into dominant follicle and releases agg or ovum to be fertilized.
Thus, it is normal to have follicles in ovaries.
You can conceive as your ovaries are producing ova.

Thanks and take care
