What Does "multiple Cervical Nabothian Cysts Are Present" Mean?

What does it mean by having multiple cervical nabothian cysts are present . Endometrium measures 3.3 mm but there is a small amount of fluid within it . The overies are clearly seen with bilateral physiological follicles . The largest follicle measures around 15 mm . A small amount of fluid is seen within the pouch of Douglas . No adnexal masses

You have absolutely benign findings.
Nabothian cysts are age related developmental small cysts in the cervix and it doesn't require any treatment.
Thickness of endometrium is normal and small amount of fluid may be due to ongoing menstruation.
Ovaries are also normal and there are normal physiological follicles.
Small fluid in pouch of douglas may be due to many reasons.It need clinical correlation.
Both adnexa also appears normal.
