What Does "ndometrium Was Heterogeneous And Thickened Measuring 14mm" Mean?
hell what dose mean? the endometrium was heterogeneous and thickened measuring 14mm. within the endometrial cavity there was small well-defined cystic structure noted measuring 8x3x6mm. there was no yolk sac or fetal poie could be seen
both ovaries appeared normal in size shape and echopattern
the right ovary contained a solid corpus luteum
there was no free fluid or adnexal masses seen

According to the reports you are not pregnant.There is no fetal pole or G-sac.
There is a small cyst within the endometrial cavity measuring 8x3x6mm. Endometrium is heterogeneous and thickened.You may need biopsy of endometrial cells depending upon clinical findings.
Both ovaries are normal.There is a solid corpus luteum in the right ovary which is normal.
There is no free fluid in POD.
