1.There is a disc between the
vertebral bodies helps as a
shock absorber effect, the disc contains maximum percentage of water, due to degenerative changes when the water content / hydration is lost the disc slips / bulges.
2.There is a disc bulge causing pressure effect on the spinal chord at L4-5 level.
3.There is pressure effect on the
nerve root at level of L5-S1 which causing the symptoms.
4.Annular tear - pereperal area of the disc is called annulus - where a tear is noted at C5-6 level.
