Hello, Wellcome to MHC The loss of cervical lordosis means straightening of the cervical spine, commonly seen in cervical spondylosis. Its not a major thing to worry about. Normally the cervical spine has convexity forward and concavity behind. When there is spasm of muscles surrounding the spine straightening of the spine occurs. It her case there is lumbar spondylosis as you have mentioned that there are osteophytes and also reduced disc heights (degenerative disc disease).
