Hi. I am 40 years old, generally in very good health, live in the UK, but had a BCC removed from my neck earlier this year. I have been advised to wear a sunhat and wear SPF 15 to SPF 30 sunscreen according to the time of day. Do I actually need to wear this even in the UK Winter?
